Advice for speakers and poster presenters
Plenary lectures and sessions:
The total time for each talk in the regular sessions is 20 minutes (except for the 40-minute keynote lectures and the 60-minute plenary lectures). We suggest that you prepare a 15-minute talk, with 5 minutes for questions and answers. A computer and projector will be available in each room. Our preference is that you use the room computer to project your presentation. Please prepare your presentations in PowerPoint and PDF formats.
The conference rooms are equipped with standard HDMI (Type A) ports and internet access. The organisers will provide the cables to connect your conference equipment if necessary.
The organisers cannot guarantee full compatibility of the audiovisual system with devices running macOS, iOS or iPadOS.
Multimedia presentation formats created using Apple software (e.g. Keynote) are not supported. We recommend converting your presentation to PDF format in advance in such cases.
Posters:
We recommend using an A0 portrait size poster.
